2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase premium access.
• You must have a valid Discord account to use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Rift Finder helps users locate special “rifts” (islands) in Bubble gum Simulator infinity that provide buffs or rare eggs. The Service uses automated bots to search Roblox servers and sends notifications to a Discord server.

4. Account and Premium Access

• No Account Sharing: Premium access is for individual use only. Sharing your premium account or allowing others to use your premium access is strictly prohibited.
• No Automated Use: You may not use scripts, bots, or any automated means to access or interact with the Service, including automatically joining rare egg servers.

5. User Conduct

• Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service or its servers.
• Do not use the Service for any fraudulent or abusive purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Rift Finder are owned by Floating.GG. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without our express permission.

7. Disclaimer

• No Affiliation: Rift Finder is not affiliated with Roblox, Discord, or Bubble Gum Simulator Infinity.
• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floating.GG and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
